These Terms govern use of Stupid Pro at stupidpro.com, operated by its founder Saurabh Suman. Contact our protected contact form for support and complaints. By creating an account or using interactive features, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter a contract. If using the service for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; agreement to these Terms does not substitute for optional privacy consent.

Stupid Pro offers short-form news, source-linked research, market observations, community forecasts and a simulated YES/NO exchange. Content may include third-party information and AI-assisted analysis. Availability, datasets, timestamps and feature limits may change. Market observations may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable; check the original source and timestamp. Community vote shares and practice prices reflect participation and simulation rules, not guaranteed or independently calibrated probabilities.

Forecast points, reputation points, balances and practice shares are virtual records with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased for money, withdrawn, redeemed for cash or transferred into real securities or cryptocurrency. No deposit, wager, cash prize or investment return is offered. A simulated settlement payout means practice points only. Stupid Pro does not execute real financial trades or hold customer investment funds. You must not sell accounts or arrange off-platform cash betting on our points.

Before participating, read each question’s closing time, resolution rule and source of truth. Forecasts and practice orders are subject to the applicable product rules and available balance. Administrators may correct errors, resolve outcomes from cited evidence, void ambiguous questions or reverse abusive activity. Material resolution changes should be recorded with explanatory evidence. Points may change following a correction or void outcome. Report a disputed outcome through our contact form with the question URL and supporting evidence; statutory rights are not restricted.

Public forecasting and the current practice exchange are free. Research Pro may display a planned future price but is currently offered free for a limited time where stated, with feature and usage limits. There is no automatic charge or conversion to a paid plan and no payment card is required for that offer. Before charging for a future subscription, we will disclose the applicable price, taxes, billing period, cancellation and refund conditions and obtain your explicit agreement. These Terms do not authorise future payments.

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Do not share an account to evade limits or impersonate another person. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You can sign out through the account menu. For account closure or deletion, contact us from the registered email address; closure may not erase records that must lawfully be retained.

Content and tools are for information, education and research. They are not personalised investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. We do not act as your broker, investment adviser or fiduciary. AI output can be inaccurate, fabricated or outdated; verify material claims against cited primary sources. Make decisions independently and obtain qualified advice when needed. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Do not manipulate votes, trades, referrals or leaderboards; run multiple accounts to obtain artificial rewards; interfere with security or rate limits; scrape private account information; distribute malware; infringe intellectual property; or publish illegal, deceptive, harassing, defamatory or privacy-invasive content. Public access does not grant permission to bypass protections or overload the service. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identity documents or confidential third-party personal data in comments or AI prompts.

You retain rights in your own submissions. By posting or submitting content, you grant Stupid Pro a non-exclusive licence to host, display, format and distribute it as necessary to provide the service and publish an approved story, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. Our software, branding and original editorial work remain protected. Third-party source material remains owned by its respective owner. Source credit does not grant permission to reproduce entire articles. Reuse of research exports is subject to source licences and attribution requirements; do not misrepresent community samples as representative surveys.

Sponsored placements are labelled. An advertisement or external link does not mean we guarantee or endorse the provider. External purchases, services and websites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not currently use Google sign-in information for personalised advertising. Report misleading advertisements to our contact form.

We may remove prohibited content or restrict accounts to protect users, enforce these Terms or comply with law. Where practicable, we will give a reason and a way to request review; urgent security or legal action may occur first. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Virtual points create no property, redemption or payment entitlement. We will not retrospectively impose a subscription charge.

We take reasonable care in operating the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party or AI information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from reliance on research, outages or third-party services. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies available under applicable Indian consumer and other mandatory laws. There is no waiver of your right to approach a competent authority or court.

Submit complaints, privacy concerns, copyright notices or settlement disputes through our contact form with relevant URLs and evidence. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days, subject to applicable legal requirements. These Terms are governed by Indian law, including applicable provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and relevant rules. Disputes may be brought before courts, consumer commissions or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law; we do not impose an exclusive city or compulsory arbitration. We will publish updates with a revised date and give notice of material changes where practicable. Fresh agreement will be requested where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
