Elon Musk has challenged delays affecting Starlink in India. India’s communications ministry rejected the suggestion of discriminatory treatment. Those are competing public positions, not an established finding that Mukesh Ambani blocked a launch. Jio announced a Starlink partnership in March 2025, conditional on authorisations. A distribution agreement is different from residential service being available.
